Job Description: Registered Nurse Location: Bournemouth Hours: 36 – 48 hours working Days - (sponsorship is NOT available for this role) Salary: £22 per hour We are seeking a friendly, compassionate, and experienced Registered Nurse to join the dedicated team at a stunning, modern purpose-built nursing home in Bournemouth. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to residents while leading and supporting the care team. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver and oversee the provision of outstanding care, ensuring the safety, dignity, and well-being of residents. • Responsible for clinical assessment of residents, ensuring appropriate care is planned, implemented, and evaluated, involving residents and users. • Lead and support the care team, fostering positive relationships and promoting teamwork. • Maintain and adhere to CQC standards in all aspects of your role, ensuring compliance with regulations. • Manage and update the electronic care planning systems to ensure accurate and effective care records. • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Provide mentoring and support to team members, contributing to the continuous improvement of care standards. • Take a proactive approach to your role, ensuring care delivery is well-organized and aligned with individual care plans. About You: The ideal candidate will bring a passion for care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
