Job Overview
This role involves overseeing multiple retail and complex units on park, ensuring effective day-to-day management and coaching the team to achieve excellent results.
The Complex Manager will be responsible for controlling stock, costs, and overheads in the food and beverage operation, as well as recruiting, developing, and motivating team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage safety in your area and on park through our safety culture app.
* Contribute to the day-to-day management of the park and act as a duty manager when required.
* Hold regular 1:1s with direct reports and weekly team meetings.
