Who are we looking for?
We are currently seeking experienced backfilling operatives, reinstatement operatives, Hotbox and Clamshell Drivers to join our workforce based in Falkirk. We are looking for an individual who are keen to work and learn, self-motivated and flexible to join our highly skilled team. This is a permanent position with a working week of 40 hours with overtime available when necessary.

Are you who we are looking for?
1. Able to complete assigned works within agreed timescale, to an agreed specification and idverde’s high standards.
2. You will work as part of our reinstatement team and have knowledge and experience of Reinstatement for Utilities on Highways and Private sites.
3. Backfillers/Reinstatement Teams -To have skills and knowledge of all aspects of backfilling excavations around live services and reinstatement techniques including Tarmac, modular services, slabs, kerbs, setting ironworks and concrete.
4. HGV Drivers – HGV Licence and experience of driving a Hotbox or Grab/HIAB lorry working alongside teams.
5. To communicate clearly and positively with the Manager.
6. To ensure you always wear the correct uniform & PPE.
7. To ensure vehicles and machinery are in good working order, properly used and maintained.
8. Full driving licence preferred.
9. Valid NRSWA Streetworks card preferred.
10. Be able to demonstrate and implement daily health & safety in the workplace.
11. The ability to be able to work independently but also as part of a wider team.
12. Physically demanding role and will involve working outdoors in all weather conditions.
13. Ensure that all relevant documentation is updated using a tablet/phone.
