Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a primary school we are working with in Hemel Hempstead, starting as soon as possible. This is a full-time role, offering an exciting opportunity to support both students and teachers in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the class teacher in delivering lessons and managing classroom activities.
* Work with individual students or small groups to support their learning and development.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and create an inclusive, positive learning environment.
* Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
* Monitor and track students' progress, providing feedback where necessary.
Requirements:
* A valid DBS check on the Update Service is essential for this role.
* Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school setting, is preferred but not essential.
* A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for supporting student development.
