IT Support Engineer/ Service Desk Technician / Second line

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team and help us maintain and enhance our IT infrastructure. This new position is working alongside external IT Services providers and Microsoft Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and maintain computers & mobiles ensuring optimal performance and security.
* Manage and troubleshoot hardware and network issues to ensure seamless connectivity. Including routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN, switches.
* Implement and oversee information security measures and cyber tools.
* Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Office applications.
* Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
* Administer cloud application environments, including Office 365 Dynamics 365, Power Platform
* Monitor and troubleshoot automation and integrations.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve IT processes.
* Work on business application projects.
* Work with IT suppliers and partners to deliver IT solutions.

Ideal Candidate:
* A University or College IT graduate or related technical field, ideally Microsoft certifications or other IT qualifications.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Technical Support role.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Office Applications, networking, cyber security and Windows Server.
* Desirable knowledge of Microsoft Technologies; SQL, Azure, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform.
* Desirable knowledge of Project Management, ITIL
