An excellent opportunity has been made available by my client an established housing provider in the UK. My client has a large portfolio of supported living projects and offers generic housing management and supported housing services.
Vacancy Brief:
* The job role is that of a Business Support Assistant (BSA); this is initially a three-to-six-month interim contract with the potential for an extension.
* This is a full-time vacancy; 35 hours a week Monday – Friday role.
* Working pattern is weekdays 9 – 5 pm.
* Pay rate for this vacancy is £13.06 per hour on PAYE OR £16.65 Umbrella.
* Based on site, in Shropshire but hybrid working will be offered after the initial training period
The Responsibilities:
* In your job role as a Business Support Assistant, you will be required to administer information electronically on the Group’s Asset Management database (OAP). In addition, you will be responsible for setting up and taking minutes in all relevant progress meetings in relation to Investment Plan Surveys and External contractors.
* The Business Support Assistant will deal with general correspondence and queries from both tenants and colleagues via multiple channels on matters within the scope of their responsibilities.
* An important aspect of your role will be to keep the Asset Management database updated with all information in relation to, ad-hoc orders, health and safety records including the asbestos register, planned maintenance records and tenant enquiries and information.
* Furthermore, you will organise, diarise, attend and minute all necessary departmental, tenant and progress meetings with internal and external surveyors within the team.
