We have an exciting opportunity for a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to join us at our Wirral service. With this role you’ll be working as part of the Criminal Justice team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of our Service Users, to include prescribed, alcohol and criminal justice. You will have the skills and experience to assess and engage with our service users, ensuring that they access the right intervention at the right time, in a way that best meets their needs.
No two days are the same and we treat every person who comes into our service as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.
Having a license and access to a vehicle is essential due to having to travel to and from sites and to local prisons.

Hours: Full time, 37.5 per week
Salary Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35 dependent on experience (based on full time hours, pro rata for part time hours)
Contract Type: Fixed Term until 30th April 2026
Responsibilities
About the role:
As a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator, you will play a crucial role at the forefront of our services in Wirral. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting service users from point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey.
* Providing screening, assessment, recovery planning, and onward referral.
* Working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support, and self-determination.
* Supporting specific group work programmes or workshops designed to meet the unique needs of our service users.
* Close liaison and multi-agency working with other professionals and partnership agencies including Courts, police, and probation.
* Promoting carer, service user, and community involvement.
About you:
We are looking for individuals who:
* Have an understanding of substance use issues and experience of working within a similar field.
* Be an excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with proficient IT skills.
* Be proactive and able to work on own initiative with excellent time management and prioritising skills.
* Be a supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in partnership with a wide range of professionals, agencies, and internal/external stakeholders.
* Understand the importance of information governance processes and commit to follow and apply all necessary safeguards.

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
