We are currently supporting a regional developer who is looking to recruit experienced Sales Consultants to work at developments located between North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
With proven experience gained in a new home sales environment, you should bring outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A positive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach is also essential, along with a full driving licence and the ability to work regular weekend hours. You must be very well organised too, as an important part of your role will be keeping paperwork up-to-date.
Key attributes essential to the role:
* Experience of sales in the new house building market is essential.
* Proven Sales Skills and effective negotiation skills.
* A positive attitude and approach.
* Target driven and self-motivated.
Our client is offering a basic salary of up to £32,000 pro rata (dependent on previous experience), plus a competitive commission and benefits package.
The working week is Thursday to Monday with weekends off on a rota - so you will be required to work regular weekends and Bank Holidays.
