Our client, a leader in providing sustainable energy solutions is seeking a Solar PV Project Manager to lead multiple solar farm projects. With a proven track record of delivering projects across the UK, our client primarily delivers end-to-end solar farms.
The role
This role focuses on the management of ground-mount and roof-mount solar farms, ensuring seamless project delivery from planning through to execution.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Oversee the execution of both ground mount and roof mount solar farm projects across the UK, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and on budget.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, track milestones, and adapt schedules to mitigate risks and meet critical deadlines.
* Oversee project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial reporting is consistent and accurate for both individual projects and the overall solar programme.
* Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring transparent communication and strong alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
* Address project bottlenecks and competing priorities, escalating issues to the Construction Manager when necessary.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred
* In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, specifically related to both ground mount and roof mount installations.
* Proven track record of delivering solar farms in value of £5m and 300 kilowatts and above.
* Proven leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams in large-scale solar projects.

Salary : £50-£70k DOE
