Overview of the Position
We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic warehouse operative to join our team in Mallusk. As a Production Operative, you will be part of a skilled team making high quality doors for the construction and service industries. This role is permanent, full-time and reports to the Production Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
1. Operate required hand tools, set and run a variety of machines within the Production Manufacturing departments
2. Complete all paperwork in line with Quality Management Systems
3. Pick and pack orders
4. Work efficiently & effectively as part of a team
5. Maintain strong levels of communication between yourself and managers / supervisors
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
7. Maintain high levels of health and safety standards
8. Adhere to all company policies
9. Perform any reasonable requests from manager / supervisor

1. Previous manufacturing experience
2. Attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills and determination
3. High degree of initiative and self-motivation
4. Flexibility and willingness to work some evenings and weekends
5. Must be a team player
