Receptionist
Pertemps Stoke are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our client’s team in the ST6 area. This role will also involve some administrative duties, making it perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and can handle multiple responsibilities. As the first point of contact for all visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive impression of the company.
Key Responsibilities of this receptionist role:
* Greet and assist visitors in a welcoming and professional manner
* Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
* Manage and maintain spreadsheets, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
* Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling
* Assist with other tasks as required by the team
Essential Requirements for this receptionist role:
* Experience with Sage (advantageous but not essential)
* Strong proficiency in using spreadsheets (Excel or similar)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Must hold a valid driving license and have access to transport
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Professional, well-organised, and detail-oriented
Details of this receptionist role:
* Monday to Friday: 8am – 4pm
* Hourly rate: £11.44ph – This will be reviewed following a successful probationary period
* Location: ST6, Stoke-on-Trent
* Permanent position
