We are seeking a talented Recruitment Advisor to manage recruitment needs across multiple sites in the North of England and London and other key locations. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a leading company in its field.
Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Advisor Role:
* Manage recruitment activities for various construction and fit-out projects across multiple sites.
* Negotiate competitive rates with external staffing agencies to ensure cost-effective hiring.
* Build, maintain, and update a comprehensive database of skilled workers, enabling quick turnaround on staffing needs for recurring roles.
* Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates through to placement and onboarding.
* Work closely with site managers and project teams to identify staffing requirements and proactively fill roles.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the construction or fit-out sector.
* Strong negotiation skills, with experience managing relationships with external recruitment agencies.
* Excellent organisational skills, with experience maintaining staffing databases and resource management.
* Ability to work across multiple locations and handle varying priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
