We currently searching for an HR Coordinator that is fluent in Romanian. Main responsibilities: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR team. Supporting the HR Business Partner with HR admin tasks. Assisting with employee onboarding. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data. Handling employment and tenancy reference requests. Identifying, suggesting, and implementing improvements in HR processes. Supporting the HR team in delivering global and divisional HR practices efficiently. Ensuring best HR practices are upheld at all times.
