Role Overview:
Our client is a marketing agency looking for multiple BDM’s to join their rapidly growing team in Huddersfield. You will join a team of 4 sales staff and have the opportunity to craft your own sales strategy and build upon existing clients, including some of the biggest names in the business. Your day-to-day will involve finding new and innovative ways to reach out to clients to maximize engagement with their employee benefits product. There will also be an opportunity for you to take a consultative approach to calls, informing clients about the product.
They are looking for a charismatic, solutions-focused seller and ‘hunter’ who isn’t afraid to grow their desk and be successful.
Key Skills:
* Experience in B2B Sales; no particular industry experience is required.
* Good tenure in previous sales roles.
* Ability to engage with industry-leading clients.
* Self-driven personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals, with a keen understanding of pricing strategies, contract terms, and negotiation tactics.
