Throughout its history, St John Ambulance has always stepped forward in the moments that matter to save lives and support communities. This key and important role will be providing clinical care to patients presenting to St John Ambulance Night Time Economy hubs. This will involve supporting patients who are vulnerable, under the influence of alcohol or illicit drugs and a multitude of common, pre-hospital injuries and illnesses.

About You:
* Registered nurse, paramedic, or doctor (without cautions or restrictions)
* It is essential that you have experience in managing acutely unwell patients in the emergency setting, whether that be in an emergency department or pre-hospital
* Experience of accessing and/or referring to alternative care pathways
* Able to work night shifts, approximately between the hours of 2100-0600hrs
About The Role:
* Work at a Night Time Economy hub to provide care to patients.
* Deliver clinical care, in line with the standards set by your regulatory body (HCPC, NMC or GMC).
* Work to the Scope of Practice framework set by St John Ambulance.
* Attend emergencies in the area local to the NTE hub as part of a small response team.
* Utilise senior clinical help when faced with situations / clinical presentations outside of your knowledge base.
* Ensure appropriate and timely referrals are made to other agencies, utilising agreed procedures.
* Work as part of the NTE team to maintain infection, prevention, and control standards.
