Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team in Europe. This senior role requires an individual with strong strategic decision support capabilities, financial planning expertise, and the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and will play a key role in driving financial success for the region. Key Responsibilities Strategic Decision Support: Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform key business decisions. Financial Planning: Lead the financial planning process for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across various functions and geographies to ensure alignment and support for financial initiatives. Analytical Excellence: Utilize strong analytical skills to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and develop actionable insights to drive business performance. Thought Leadership: Act as a thought partner to the executive team, providing strategic insights and innovative solutions to complex financial challenges. High Visibility and Accountability: Maintain a high level of visibility within the organization and ensure accountability for financial performance and strategic initiatives. Additional Responsibilities Annual and Quarterly Planning: Own the planning process for the region, ensuring comprehensive and strategic plans are in place. Forecast and Risk Management: Manage the forecasting process and identify potential risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them. Growth Initiatives: Provide thought leadership and execute growth initiatives, focusing on revenue and store development. Indirect Leadership: Lead finance analysts indirectly, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. P&L Management: Serve as finance lead in supporting markets to deliver growth, profit, and cost management objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis within a business partner environment. Strong strategic decision support and thought partnership capabilities. Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of driving business performance through actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders. Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. High level of accountability and visibility within previous roles.
