Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Southend on Sea, Essex
Remuneration: £27,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Are you ready to take your administrative and project management skills to the next level? Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team at their head office in Southend on Sea, Essex.
As the Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth execution of installations. Working closely with our client's Internal Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and project management services. Your excellent time management and organisational skills will be essential in ensuring efficient and accurate correspondence, often to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Project Manager to provide comprehensive office administrative and project management support. Assist with ongoing projects, including outstanding and pending tasks. Handle warranty and quotes for parts required for installations. Support the procurement process by assisting with purchase orders and invoices. Contribute to office management responsibilities, such as managing company vehicles and organising team events. Ensure timely and accurate handling of incoming mail, redirecting as necessary. Maintain up-to-date client folders and CRM system records for projects. Provide professional and supportive communication with clients, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
