Salary + Benefits: Up to £24500 per annum

This role is in a very customer-focused environment where you will have your own responsibilities while primarily supporting the sales order processor and accounts personnel.

All you need for this role is a quick, bright mind to absorb on-the-job training regarding Excel and administrative processes. You will receive all necessary training.
This is an all-round role dealing with people coming into the office, so a cheerful, enthusiastic disposition is essential.
Our client needs someone who can start quickly!
Your duties will comprise:
1. Being the first point of contact, answering phones, and meeting & greeting people in the office.
2. Copy typing, with attention to detail key in typing CVs.
3. Assisting with the collation of engineers' worksheets who work out in the field.
4. Basic inputting onto the account system already set up.
5. Assisting in keeping the company's website up to date with product lines and services.
6. Maintaining and updating spreadsheets using Excel.
7. Ordering stationery and other office supplies.
8. Updating the company's in-house CRM system.
9. Dealing with the post.
10. General administration duties such as scanning documents and filing.
11. Liaising with suppliers via telephone and email.
12. Diary management.
Our clients prefer local candidates who will not have an issue getting to work. The hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
