PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A TEMPORARY CONTRACT Hours: 9.00am - 4.30pm Days: Monday to Friday ROTA: W/C 16/12/24 - 5 days W/C 23/12/24 - 2 days (Tuesday & Friday) W/C 30/12/24 - 3 days (Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) W/C 06/01/25 - 5 days Duties To ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times and act as a role model for excellent service delivery. To deal with enquiries from customers and visitors to properties, providing appropriate advice and information, through email, website, telephone and in person. To assist on open days and carry out viewings. Helping set up events To provide administration assistance to the Property Manager To work effectively under your own initiative and within a small team of committed and conscientious colleagues to achieve the objectives of the Corporate Goals. Embed customer involvement by involving and consulting customers to find ways to shape, improve and deliver services to meet their needs and to promote the student experience within our halls through entertainment and involvement.
