Your Mission
* Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through excellent customer service
* Maintain high standards of customer experience aligned with PUMA's Brand Values
* Complete all required training programs to drive results
* Participate in Loss Prevention training and awareness programs
* Ensure operational compliance and Loss Prevention within the store
* Communicate merchandise opportunities to management
* Assist in new store openings and closings; travel may be required
* Manage merchandise intake and dispatch
* Maintain visual standards according to PUMA guidelines
* Ensure the store's physical condition is maintained and report needs promptly
* Comply with all policies, procedures, and safety standards
* Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and overtime as needed
