Occupational Therapy Administration Support
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Occupational Therapy Physical Services team in BCUHB East. The post holder will be responsible for clerical and administrative duties, supporting the provision of an efficient and effective service.
Main Duties of the Job
The post holder will possess excellent communication skills to enable them to answer telephones and liaise with professional and non-professional groups. Other admin duties include printing, copying, laminating, and ordering of equipment, stationery, and uniforms, all essential to the smooth delivery of the service.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* NVQ 3 Qualification
* ECDL Qualification or equivalent IT knowledge
* RSA/OCR Level 3 or equivalent in Word Processing
Experience
* Previous experience of working as a secretary
* Experience of setting up and using filing/IT systems
* Previous experience of working within the NHS
* Experience using a patient administration system or similar

£24,433 to £26,060 a year, pro rata.
