Our leading client in the Dungannon area requires a Response Administrator to join their team on a Fulltime basis Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (one day per week starting at 8am). A total of 38.5 hours per week. Part time hours could be considered on an individual basis. The Role: The successful candidate will assist the Maintenance team with the day-to-day administration duties of the department. Duties will include: A variety of general administrative duties within a busy office environment. Dealing with queries, emails, phone calls. Maintaining accurate records. Deal with calls from customers regarding their queries Booking in and allocating workloads for the team Pass on accurate information to the relevant team members to ensure work is complete Work towards deadlines for specific projects Deal with emergency enquiries Experience and Skills required: Previous administrative experience. Computer literate. Strong communication skills.
