Description Your role as an Executive Manager As the Executive Manager - Community Services you will be providing visionary and dynamic leadership to your team and to ensure that our clients are at the centre of everything we do. You will lead a dedicated team focused on domestic violence prevention, youth justice, mental health support, and family law services, driving innovation and continuous improvement across all programs. Key accountabilities include Leading the development and execution of programs that support families, youth, and individuals in the community. Building partnerships with key stakeholders and advocating for the needs of the community at a local and national level. More than five (5) years of experience in an executive leadership role overseeing government-funded programs across a large geographical footprint, ensuring consistent service delivery and quality across similar programs to those delivered by the team. Demonstrated experience in establishing and servicing links between multifaceted services such as mental health, general health, human services, family law services, youth and justice services. Demonstrated ability to advocate for the unique needs of regional, rural and remote locations at a local and national level to ensure ongoing funding cycles and new funding programs based on need. Strong strategic planning skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term plans that align with organisational objectives. Want to know more about how to apply?
