Customer Assistant - Foods - This is a temporary role from 24/11/24 to 28/12/24.
Working Hours:
* Mon 13.45-21.45
* Tue 17.45-21.45
* Wed 14.00-18.00
* Thu 14.00-18.00
* Sat 14.00-18.00
Due to the work requirements of this role, we can't consider applications for anyone under the age of 18. This is to comply with the relevant health and safety legislation and to keep our colleagues safe in the workplace.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Loading and unloading deliveries, movement of stock and equipment.
2. Time spent in walk-in fridges and freezers, rotating stock and maintaining standards.
3. Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product.
4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to the store.
5. Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services.
6. We'll give you the training to utilize all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time.
