Job summary The role of the Maternity & Neonatal Business Change Team is to provide senior change leadership, IT system implementation and process redesign expertise and capability to ensure the departments are able to respond to and implement technology enabled care. Person Specification Education and Training Essential Educated to Degree level, or must have acquired relevant and equivalent level experience Change or Project Management Qualification e.g. Prince2 Evidence of CPD Knowledge and Skills Essential Skilful in producing clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation with expertise in track changes and version control to facilitate reverting to previous document versions as necessary. Proficient in creating visual representations of business processes using diagramming tools akin to Microsoft Visio. This includes developing flowcharts and detailed process diagrams. Expert in analysing existing workflows to identify and address inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
