Job Title: Supply Planner - Operations Reporting To: Head of Operations Planning What's great about the team? The planning function is responsible for supporting one of the fastest growing sports nutrition brands in the world There is great opportunity to take ownership of, and make improvements to, key processes within supply chain The fast-paced THG environment provides an opportunity to get involved with a wide range of interesting projects Summary of Position: Responsible for optimising warehouse strategy accounting for sales demand, order allocation and operational capacity. Collaborating with warehouse managers and supply planning teams to ensure weekly tasks are completed whilst developing forecasts for longer term capacity planning. Responsibilities: To maximise warehouse order allocation through generating weekly transfer plans directly affecting the business’s service levels. Work closely with warehouse management to review performance on a weekly basis and generate long term forecasts to assist them with capacity planning. To analyse and take action on website trading patterns in line with the fluid nature of online retail. To work with the supply planning team to generate stock orders and production plans, feeding back key information to web trading teams.
