The Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is a resort hotel in the countryside, just 10 minutes from the town of Fleet and Farnham and 45 minutes from London. With a varied selection of restaurants focusing on use of local produce, banqueting for 200 and with 24-hour room service, our guests have a lovely collection to choose from.
About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a Learning & Development focused, People & Culture Manager who is committed to implementing employee learning and development strategies. Combining creativity, professionalism, and strategic insight to help shape our culture and support our ongoing growth.
What you will do
* Supporting the effective management and performance of the People & Culture function whilst maintaining and continuing to develop efficient processes and services to support the smooth running of the department.
* Being a key support to The Learning & Development function of the department.
* Acting as an advisor and key business partner to the operations, focusing on managing all aspects of the employee relations and the recruitment cycle.
* Driving our culture through effective communication and promotion of positive employee relations whilst ensuring compliance with the hotel’s policies and current legislation.
* Building and nurturing relationships with the wider hotel team to ensure we deliver an unrivalled employee experience to our associates.
* Demonstrating the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in order to motivate the team to achieve the highest standards possible.
What you bring
* Employee relations experience is essential.
* Experienced in identifying learning and development needs.
* A Human Resources related qualification is preferred.
* Experience of working within a hospitality environment is preferred.
* Passionate about the hospitality industry with a focus on guest satisfaction and team development.
* An exceptional level of attention to detail, excellent written and spoken English.
* The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.

Schedule & Hours:
* Office hours are Monday to Friday. 0900am - 1730pm
The transferring employee will be responsible for obtaining or will currently hold proper work authorization for the country in which the position is located.
