About the OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for an IKM Integration and Data Analyst to join our Hunter Class Line of Business. Location preference for this position is Melbourne or Adelaide.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.
Reporting to the IKM (Information Knowledge Management) Manager, you will collaborate with the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team on the Hunter Class Frigate Program.
Key responsibilities include:
5. Manage the support applications to facilitate the delivery of the support solution, together with the software licence requirements and costs
6. Provide support to the product lifecycle management and data management system teams to ensure the integrity of data can be used within the (ILS) environment and products
7. Undertake the planning of the Information Management transition from the in-build environment to the in-service environment
8. Effectively communicate with key stakeholder groups, raising issues to relevant stakeholder in an objective, professional and timely manner
9. Analyse, mmanipulate and deliver data in accordance with the data management plans
10. Develop support solutions against requirements including their optimisation and present the solutions in design reviews
11. Utilise Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR) products and database management systems to audit, manage, manipulate and transfer LSAR data between LSAR and other related support and engineering applications.
12. Provide support to the Information Knowledge Management (IKM) Manager and in their absence, represent the IKM Manager at meetings, working groups and similar situations
About YOU
13. Extensive Information Technology (IT) technical experience including the analysis, integration, development and application support of information management architecture and data
14. The ability to manipulate and manage data in multiple tools and data management systems coupled with low level programming experience such as in SQL, VBA, Python or equivalent
15. Significant experience in delivering large and complex technical projects in either the acquisition or support phases of a project lifecycle
16. Leadership experience with the ability to present at customer meetings and influence and develop effective working relationships with stakeholders
17. Proven experience in defence or Industry Support Solutions using LSAR in a MIL-STD-1388-2B based scenario (eg MIL-STD-1388-2B, DEF STAN 00-60 and/ or DEF(AUST)5692) Highly Desirable
18. Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
19. Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations
