My client is a global tech company looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven B2B Social Media Manager (Paid & Organic) to take the lead on LinkedIn campaigns. In this 4-day-per-week role, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing cutting-edge social strategies that captivate their audience and set them apart in the industry.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Strategy & Execution - Make an Impact!
* Develop and deliver powerful LinkedIn campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.
* Provide expert recommendations on ad formats, copy, and budget allocation to maximize campaign success.
* Own the execution of content plans, fine-tuning performance, and delivering standout results.
* Work side by side with designers to craft visually stunning assets tailored to our B2B audience.
* Manage multiple projects at various stages-keeping things fresh, exciting, and impactful.
1. Organic Social Media - Engage & Inspire!
* Create and manage a compelling, always-on content calendar that keeps our audience engaged and informed.
* Leverage insights and analytics to produce high-performing content that cuts through the noise.
* Support PR initiatives and live events with real-time social coverage.
* Launch innovative brand awareness campaigns, boosting engagement and interaction across our LinkedIn presence.
1. Performance Reporting - Measure & Optimize!
* Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, packed with key takeaways and actionable insights.
* Analyse performance metrics and make data-backed recommendations to supercharge future campaigns.
1. Budget & Performance Optimization - Maximize Impact!
* Ensure efficient budget allocation to deliver maximum return on investment.
* Take full ownership of campaign performance and optimization, ensuring top-notch results across all activities.
1. Collaboration & Communication - Work With the Best!
* Partner closely with the Communications Manager and cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life.
* Engage with design, strategic marketing, analytics, and product marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
What You Bring to the Table
1. Technical Skills - Social Media Expert!
* Mastery of LinkedIn Ads Manager and organic B2B content production.
* Strong experience in crafting engaging LinkedIn strategies that drive business growth.
* Confidence in briefing and collaborating with design teams to create outstanding visuals.
* Experience managing multi-language campaigns is a plus!
1. Creative Skills - Think Outside the Box!
* Exceptional copywriting skills, adapting tone and style for different brand voices.
* Innovative approach to presenting insights and data in engaging, digestible ways.

Your Experience & Qualifications
* A formal qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* 6+ years of experience leading B2B paid social campaigns (LinkedIn) in an agency or brand setting.
* Preferably a background in technology or media industries.
* A strong portfolio showcasing strategic campaign execution and asset creation.
* Experience working with data, research, and white paper materials to create impactful content.
Work Arrangement - Flexibility & Collaboration!
* Three days per week on-site, one day remote.
* Flexibility required based on project and business needs-we work together to make magic happen!
