As Advanced Practitioner in their new Care Leaver teams you will support the Team Manager in the oversight of pathway-planning and independence work for care leavers from 16 upwards. You will sit closely with the TM, helping develop practice and supervise students and ASYE workers to promote best practice, with a protected caseload of 8. Salaries range from £45,441 - £48,474 Locations: Stroud, Cheltenham, Gloucester The package includes: welcome payment of £4,000 an annual retention payment of £2,000 a relocation package of up to £8,000.
