Job Description Now Hiring: Experienced Sprayers & Finishers Location: Hampshire Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time Industry: Superyacht & Luxury Marine Broadreach Recruitment is looking for skilled Sprayers and Finishers to join a leading British furniture manufacturer specialising in luxury bespoke furniture for superyachts and high-end residential projects. The Role As part of the finishing team, you will be responsible for completing high-end bespoke furniture and joinery, ensuring the highest quality through specialist lacquers, stains, and custom finishes. You will work on a range of luxury cabinetry, upholstery, and specialist surface finishes, contributing to award-winning projects with international interior designers. Key Responsibilities - Full preparation and finishing of custom luxury furniture and joinery - Mixing, matching, and applying stains, patinas, and specialist finishes - Working with a variety of lacquers and high-end materials - Ensuring impeccable quality control and attention to detail - Managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines - Maintaining high health and safety standards in the workshop What We’re Looking For - Minimum two years of experience in bespoke luxury furniture, cabinetry, or specialist surface finishing - A genuine passion for craftsmanship and quality finishing - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Strong understanding of functional and aesthetic finishing requirements - High level of organisation and attention to detail - Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving Desirable Skills & Experience - Experience using exotic finishes such as liquid metal - french polishing - Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office - Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects What’s in It for You? - Competitive salary and regular overtime - Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday) - Enhanced holiday package (28 days including bank holidays, plus five additional days with long service) - Paid birthday leave - Workplace benefits package - Free on-site parking - Exciting career progression opportunities within a growing and innovative company Apply now.
