Your key responsibilities include: Expanding and coaching the sales team to excel in client relationship management and business development. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors, architects, and developers. Achieving revenue targets by developing and executing strategic sales plans. You’ve Got It You are an experienced account manager with a strong network in the construction sector. You know how to manage long and complex sales cycles and have experience working with decision-makers and end clients in complex sales processes. You are ready to take the next step in your career and grow into a leadership role. What You Bring At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role with a proven track record of revenue growth. Strong networking skills and experience working with decision-makers and end clients. Ambition to grow into a solid leadership role and gain experience coaching colleagues. What You Can Expect From Us Salary of £70,000 - £80,000 gross per year. Commission scheme. 35-hour work week. 25 vacation days per year, including 3 days during the Christmas period plus national holidays. Option to purchase up to 5 additional vacation days per year. Extra leave for special occasions. Hybrid working possible after completing the probationary period. Lease budget of approximately £800 per month for a petrol, hybrid, or fully electric car. The latest version of the iPhone to support your work. Full salary payment for 8 weeks and 50% payment for an additional 8 weeks after completing the probationary period, in case of illness.
