Level 3 Wraparound Worker (E6803) - Farsley Westroyd Primary School & Nursery
Westroyd Primary and Nursery is a caring and nurturing school situated in the heart of the Farsley community. The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, passionate, creative wraparound worker to join our team. The position will be in before and after school provision with children from 3 years to 11 years. This is an exciting opportunity. We are looking for a practitioner who shares our vision and who can work as an effective member of our friendly and supportive team. We are committed to providing the best quality education we can, for all our children and ensuring all our staff are supported to do this. This is an opportunity to spend time with incredibly well-behaved children who love to have fun.
The successful candidate will be:
1. Level 3 qualified in working with children
2. A practitioner with strong professional standards
3. A practitioner who is passionate about working with children
4. A practitioner who is motivated, trustworthy and able to use their initiative
5. A practitioner who loves to play with children
6. A practitioner with a good understanding of how to meet the needs of pupils with SEND
7. A practitioner who can form positive relationships and promote high standards of learning and compliance behaviours
8. A practitioner who is flexible and understands the balance of working hard, whilst also having fun
9. A practitioner who understands the need for a strong safeguarding culture
10. A practitioner who has paediatric first aid or a willingness to acquire this
11. A practitioner who has food hygiene training or a willingness to acquire this
