About this Vacancy:
Once fully trained, the TIG Welder will be able to assemble hoses using various components and techniques.
Duties:
* Cut to length metal using cutting machinery
* Weld components using TIG Method
* Machining fittings for welding
* Pressure testing
* Assemble components by swaging end connections onto each end
* Test products to customers' specifications
* Pack products ready for dispatch to the customer
* Clean up the production area
* Take deliveries from suppliers
* Allocate stock from suppliers to goods in
About You:
* Have previous experience TIG welding stainless steel
* Have previous experience in creating & reading CAD drawings (not essential as some training can be provided)
* Previous experience with machining and metal work
* Be educated to GCSE standard
* Have previous experience in a similar environment (not essential)
* Have a friendly and polite manner both in person and over the telephone
* Have a full UK Driving Licence
