The Jeweller role is an exciting opportunity to help deliver our services to our customers as part of our retail team. Welding is an exciting new service launching to bring permanent bracelets, designed to wear forever to our customers. Your skill, knowledge and experience will help us deliver an unparalleled experience in a fun, accessible, luxury environment.
What you’ll do
As our expert jeweller you will:
●Deliver warm and welcoming customer service, making our customers feel relaxed and comfortable in our beautifully designed spaces and trust in your skill and experience
●Confidently style and advise our customers on their jewellery needs, using our exclusively designed products, to help them achieve their desired look
●Bespoke measure and weld permanent jewellery including, but not limited to, bracelets onto our customers wrists
●Advise our customers on the welding process during their appointment
●Maintain excellent product knowledge and complete brand training in order to meet our customers’ needs and drive sales
●Support the aftercare process, confidently resolving any problems customers may experience
●Deliver welding services in store through use of welding machinery and equipment adhering to all health and safety procedures
●Provide feedback on product and customer experience to your line manager, raising any issues as soon as they arise
●Be responsible for the accuracy of welding stock items, supporting with inventory checks when required
●Keep the equipment and services area clean and tidy at all times, adhering to brand guidelines and standards
●Assist our customers to personalise their chosen engravable pieces through the use of our engraving machine
