We are supporting a company based in Dunstable with recruiting for a Customer Service and Order Processing Administrator, paying between up to £35k depending on your experience. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm and this role is fully office based.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Scheduling and processing orders and quotations using the in-house system and keeping customers updated on their orders
Entering manual orders onto the system
Communicating with clients over the phone and email regarding order updates and other enquiries
Chasing orders over the telephone and via email
Updating spreadsheets and other documentation such as customer care bookings as required
Supporting with other office duties such as ordering of stationery and office equipmentExperience required:
Previous experience in a similar role which required excellent attention to detail and order processing or similar
