Main duties of the job As a Mental Health Nurse on Rowan Ward, you will be a key member of our in-patient team, working within a recovery-focused mental health service. You'll collaborate with consultants, occupational therapists, psychologists, and community mental health teams to deliver outstanding care. You'll take responsibility for the nursing care of our inpatients, ensuring that clinical interventions are organised efficiently and in line with clinical priorities. You will supervise and engage junior staff in patient activities and maintain clear communication with patients, families, and colleagues. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with professional standards, working within the framework of the NMC code.
