Parts Advisor
Job summary:
As a Parts Advisor working at Volkswagen in Sheffield you will provide a fast and efficient parts supply to both internal and external customers, ensuring proactive selling and stocking of parts whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Dealing with customer requests (internal / external) to identify their needs and supply parts in a timely fashion, always ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity.
2. Stock management control daily to help in the smooth running of the department.
3. Ensure the correct receipt and storage of incoming parts, pre-picking parts for workshop use.
4. Carrying out stock control duties in line with Company and Brand policies such as PDRs, warranty and other supplier returns.
5. Regularly liaising with the manufacturer to help deliver the “best place to shop” for all our customers.
Qualifications:
6. A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
7. Strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach.
8. Proven experience in a Parts environment is desirable but not essential, key is a enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
9. A flexible and dynamic approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
10. Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
11. Driving licence is preferable due to the nature of the role.
