Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement treatment interventions.
* Administer and monitor medications, observe for therapeutic effects and potential side effects, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
* Act as a bridge between primary care and secondary mental health services, providing advice, support, and sign-posting to appropriate agencies.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
