Project Controls Lead

Position Summary
As Project Controls Lead for WP2, manage and oversee the delivery of pre-Construction P6 Programme including constructability, as well as Construction phase preparation scheduling, the associated Costs control, and also manage Document Management process, across mechanical, EC&I and HVAC scopes.
Also, oversee the planning co-ordination and oversight of the multiple sub-work packs, Suppliers of equipment, and site sub-contractors for on-site construction activities.
More generally, to ensure all work is conducted collaboratively, within established and agreed safety, quality, health, environmental, schedule and cost standards and measures.
Main Responsibilities
Delivery of pre-Construction and Project Execution phases
1. Develop and oversee Project Controls processes specific to the Contract, using AIMS and Client flow down documents, and referent knowledge.
2. Develop and manage standardised and structured P6 planning work packages, specific to the Contract.
3. Oversee project specific schedules that clearly identify the project processes and linking of activities as required for multi-functional project team interfaces. Iterate, with increasing detail, through the life of the Projects-up to, and including, Level 4 for...
