Description
Efficient management of administrative tasks
Proactive handling of correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
Scheduling and organising meetings, and managing travel arrangements
Maintaining and updating databases and filing systems
Ensuring office supplies are maintained and ordered as necessary
Facilitating communication within the department and with other departments
Adhering to all company policies and regulationsProfile
A successful Administrator should have:
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or similar field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive and problem-solving attitude
