About the role
Sytner MINI Slough is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Controller to join our motivated sales team.
As a Sytner Sales Controller, you will report to the MINI Brand Manager and will be responsible for the driving of used car sales volume, sales profitability and of course, stock acquisition. You will implement effective sales plans to motivate your sales team to deliver industry leading results alongside an outstanding customer experience.
This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
About you
This role would suit an individual with a broad knowledge of used vehicle sales and purchases and somebody with an outstanding track record in either sales or sales management within the motor industry.
You will have a natural passion for stock acquisition and set the highest of standards to ensure our physical and digital customers journey is in line with our brand standards. You will be highly organised and consistent with stock management to ensure a fantastic selection of vehicles are available for sale with a high and profitable stock turn.
You will need exceptionally high standards, great initiative and the ability to work in a logical and cost-effective manner. You will be able to bring new and innovative ideas into the department and will continue to drive performance, whilst challenging the status quo.
