In recent years, we have become the school of choice for our local community, known for providing a highly professional, friendly environment where students and staff can thrive.
Our 'Teddington Pillars' underpin our commitment to an excellent, well-rounded education for all students. We firmly believe that every child is entitled to an education that combines academic rigour, breadth of curriculum, and abundant opportunities - enabling them to leave us as healthy, globally-aware learners, fully prepared for their future.
While we are proud of our outstanding exam results, we know these alone do not make for a well-rounded person. At Teddington, we are dedicated to developing the whole child, with a wide range of enrichment activities beyond the academic curriculum.

* Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, governors and the wider community
You will also:
* Contribute to school improvement initiatives as directed by the Headteacher and SLT
* Proactively participate in professional development opportunities
* Collaborate with colleagues across the school and Trust to share best practice
The candidate:
We are seeking an ambitious teacher with a passion for Business. You will have strong subject knowledge, excellent pedagogical skills, and a proven track record of securing positive outcomes for students.
