Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery.
2. Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.
3. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
4. Monitor and record children's progress and development.
5. Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about their child's day.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery.
7. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Relevant experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting.
3. Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
4. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
6. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
7. First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
