We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Secretary to join our client's busy team starting ASAP.
The Role: As a Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of the legal team and provide comprehensive support. Your duties will include document preparation, managing correspondence, typing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client files.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and manage legal documents with accuracy.
2. Schedule and confirm appointments, court dates, and meetings.
3. Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
4. Handle confidential information with discretion.
5. Assist with client communication and provide excellent customer service.
6. Perform general office duties, such as typing, photocopying, and mailing.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role.
2. Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
3. Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
4. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
5. Outstanding communication abilities.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
7. A certificate or diploma in legal studies is preferred.
