The Role: Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant
* Location: Leeds – easily accessible with excellent public transport links
* Start Date: Immediate and September starts available
* Contract: Full-time, long-term for the remainder of the academic year
* Pay: Earn up to £560 per week
Role Includes:
* Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
* Providing 1:1 and small group support, particularly for children with additional needs
* Assisting in Early Years learning environments including interactive and outdoor learning areas
* Encouraging emotional, social, and academic development through play and structured learning
* Progression Opportunities: Potential to move into teacher training from September 2025
