This role is essential in supporting our accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and account reconciliations. Responsibilities Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Manage vendor queries and resolve any discrepancies. Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner. Reconcile supplier statements and maintain accurate records. Support the finance team with month-end close activities. Assist with ad-hoc finance tasks as required. Qualifications Previous experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience in using SAP. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to team tasks.
