Duties

3. Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
7. Utilise CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to manage leads and track sales progress.
8. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
Skills
1. Proven experience in business development or sales management.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
3. Excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
4. Proficiency in using CRM software, especially Salesforce, for managing client relationships.
5. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
