We are experiencing a period of sustained growth and are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Creative with a sharp eye for detail who is able to craft multi-channel concepts. You will have 10 years industry experience and be a strong all-rounder, with good copy and visual skills. The Role: Identify creative opportunities for clients and potential clients to bring their brand to the fore, delivering long-term, positive impact for the consumer, product or brand. Drive conceptual thinking, leading pitches and presentations to sell our work and ideas Responsible for the planning and execution of creative deliverables from start to finish —translating strategy, creative ideation and development through to implementation. Hands-on delivery of creative campaigns Working in true collaboration with the client as a brand guardian, driving strong client experience. Ensure that solutions are consistently delivered to the highest quality of creative standards and effectiveness. Your time will be spent: Developing creative solutions to briefs Translating strategic insight and routes into creative concepts that standout, engage and differentiate clients against their competition. Conducting research and applying your in-depth understanding of content, audiences, categories, trends and the broader campaign landscape to inform creative ideation. Producing effective visual presentations and strong communication of creative ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and client audiences. Scripting of film narratives, storyboarding and copywriting across digital, online, film, social and OOH for a diverse array of client verticals including global brands, corporates and NGO’s Evaluating the effective impact of creative ideas, art, video and copy at each stage of development, ensuring they meet the creative brief and KPIs Working collaboratively with Production to scope, plan and manage output to time and on quality, and ensure feedback is successfully incorporated whilst maintaining creative impact. Working collaboratively with the Founder across strategic initiatives including brand partnerships and the development of creative ideas for new business opportunities. About you: Someone with a broad field of interests Passionate about the possibility of creating behaviour change through campaigns for good Strategically minded as well as creative, you understand the business case behind the marketing strategy, holistic brand model and communications plan. Demonstrates solid creative judgment - supported by experience and real-life examples Full lifecycle experience from pitch to delivery across digital, social, TV and print. Client-centric with a proven track record of developing strong client relationships. Able to effectively organise and prioritise workloads to manage client delivery. A team player, experienced in supporting and developing junior team members A self-starter, innovative and empathetic leader who enables people to shine. Approaches every campaign and challenge with the same level of passion and ambition, whether working on a global campaign for an iconic brand, or an internal campaign for a client’s employee audience. You live and breathe creative, storytelling and platforms and innovation, with a passion for the industry, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, news and developments shaping the advertising and marketing landscape. Able to manage upwards, with a transparent way of working, setting and agreeing milestones and delivery dates, reporting progress and always meeting commitments and deadlines.
