Salary - £40k - £50k Who They’re Looking For Qualifications & Experience: UK Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial property law. Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant law, acquisitions, disposals, and commercial leases. Ability to manage a varied caseload and work proactively with clients. Membership with the Law Society or relevant professional body. Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple clients professionally while maintaining a high level of client service. A genuine interest in business development and growing the department. A strong team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
